LOL! Sometimes is really hard to tell. Looks like there are a lot of left leaning organizations on the about us page, but that doesn't mean you can't come across some interesting little factoids (like the one in your post).

I’m sure it does happen in every war - human nature remains pretty constant throughout history, but societal, religious and moral standards do fluctuate and impact the scope.
Also, it helps if there is at least some measure of oversight.
