It’s true.
Complex lifeforms are the greatest threat to the planet.
They all must be exterminated to Save The Earth!

You just cannot be a meat-eating environmentalist, said Mr. Prescott, whose group also plans to send billboard-toting trucks to the Colorado Convention Center in Denver when Mr. Gore lectures there on Oct. 2. The billboards will feature a cartoon image of Mr. Gore eating a drumstick next to the tagline: Too Chicken to Go Vegetarian? Meat Is the No. 1 Cause of Global Warming.Too delicious.

“...Complex lifeforms...”
From: American Heritage Dictionary.
“Complex 2. Psychiatry. A connected group of repressed ideas that compel characteristic or habitual patterns of thought, feeling, and action. 3. Informal. An exaggerated or obsessive concern or fear.”
Reads like a description of Liberals to me.

Do any of these twits have the ability to think even one move ahead?
If we suddenly stopped eating meat — because animals are worse than SUVs — where would that leave the animals. Gone obviously. The “animal rights” campaigners need to ask themselves: “how would the complete eradication of animals improve their lot?”.

“. . .switching to a plant-based diet does more to curb global warming. . .”
Anybody who has ever lived on a plant-based diet can attest to the gastric side efects, notably flatuence. Multiple this effect by 6.5 billion people.

I know one around here who is about 60. An old hippie. He detests meat and tobacco but he has smoked so much marijuana he has emphysema.

Good point. Maybe that should go in breaking news as well.

I’m sold. We’re eating vegetarian tonight.
I believe the vegetarian we will eat will be cow. Grilled, with onions.

Makes me all the happier that I had 2 Ribeye’s on Tuesday and a T-bone tonight. In fact, the only problem is that I rode my bike to friends’ house tonight. Next time I’ll fire up the 78 Chevy that won’t pass an emissions test and never will. Ha.

Some “environmentalists” apparently hate animals. Others apparently hate plants. But they all hate humans:
Republicans are red,
Democrats are blue,
Environmentalists are Green;
And Greens hate you!
