Exactly. Giuliani at least doesn’t act like he is Mr. Godly. He is a normal guy who divorces his wife if their marriage sucks. Sometimes they can’t all be fixed.
I just don't know. From the party's point of view it's easier to elect even a short-term incumbent than a new guy. And appointing Risch Senator means he won't be running for Governor. But we'll see what the folks at Simplot uh, in Boise, have to say.
Maybe he'll appoint me. It'd be tough to live up to, say, the intellectual brilliance of a Patty Murray or the high-minded incorruptibility of a Harry Reid, but I'd be glad to give it a shot. I could see me at a conference table with Ahmadinejad, look the boy in the eye and say "Yo, Abdul, you think you're crazy? Look into my eyes, Babaloo..."

Well if you believe he is not guilty than why did he plead guilty? That just does not make sense.
Ed, there are many many many gay activists running major parts of Washington, embedded in the Democrat party and related special interest groups. It is not news because it is part of how things are. They wont get fired for getting outed. OTOH, of 5,000 elected GOP officials there are a handful of these kinds of stories.
