You posted: Anyone reading Horowitiz’s article can detect (if he or she wishes) the logic and validity of his arguments, but those who want reparations are not going to be persuaded to abandon their claims no matter how logical or valid the arguments against such a foolish idea.
Attempts to reason will result in endless debate that will satisfy neither side.
This is an emotional matter that can only be disposed of by a firm and repeated “no”.

I am ready to suggest—no, DEMAND— reparations... from Blacks, for their near destruction of Black American society, resulting in untold trillions being spent largely on their behalf beginning with the Johnson administration’s war on poverty. The anti-family, anti-morality, anti-America culture devised and encouraged by the black “masters” has cost this country dearly, and it is time that America be repaid for what has been spent in money and blood at the hands of the ilk of Jesse Jackson and his accomplices.
The US and UK should apologize for buying slaves when Africans in Africa apologize for selling them to us.
What really get me is the fact slaves were bought and sold in sub-Sahara Africa 800 years before the white man ever set foot in N. America.
The slave trade was a thriving enterprise run by Muslims since 700 ad.
White men were customers, just as Arabs were. Just for once I’d like to see a film, a book-anything thats traces slavery from its inception. And, criticize Muslims for their role.
But no, that wouldn’t serve the interests of race warlords like Jackson, Sharrpton and their cohorts.

I can’t get no Reparations...
(Of course the French -- not being racists [sarcasm] -- weren't into domestic slavery. They preferred to enslave Africans and Asians on French-owned plantations in their colonies...an arrangement that hoped to continue even after WWII.)
I agree with Jesse on this. I think all living slaves should be given reparations from living slaveholders. Its only right. Now I can’t fathom why somebody who is descended from generations of free people should get a cent.
