The way things are going we’re stuck with that particular “style”. Local city councilmen have tried to outlaw it at the local level but met with resistance and couldn’t get it done. Any store employee that tried to intervened would most likely have been sued - along with the store. Public indecency law might apply, but it would be difficult to prove intent.
If several people laughed at him - including a few young women - he’d never do it again.
Ask the location of the magnifying glasses.
Never go to WalMart. Not only do they hire people too stupid to know how to give correct change, but exhibitionists are running loose on the premises! And everything, I mean EVERYTHING, is made in China.
About 10 years ago a sodomite corned a Christian woman in the shipping/receiving area of our local Wal-Mart and beat the crap out of her. The reason? She went to a Church in town that preached the Word and that homosexuality was a sin. He was just letting of steam he told her afterward! It was reported to their boss who suggested she find another place of employment!! She let it drop because she was a shy type and didn’t want the publicity in a small town. I don’t shop there anymore.
I’m sure you’ve heard this in the news this week. And, not surprisingly, some are calling it a “race issue.” ARGH!

OR you can phone them directly at 1-800-WALMART. It will take a couple of days, and you should get a follow up phone call.
I've used both methods, and EACH time have received apologetic phone calls from the Store Managers, who obviously were taken to the wood shed by Headquarters.
You could attach this thread to your email should you decide to actually go that route.
Headquarters doesn't know what's going on in their stores, if the Customer doesn't let them know.

You should always carry a pocket digital camera with you or a phone with a camera and learn to use it. This is a site that thrives on illustrations to interesting threads. Seriously, I’m sorry you had to witness that and that no one at the store did anything to stop him. Now, you can sue WalMart for emotional trauma.
LOL! I thought you wrote that intentionally.
In VERY limited circumstances. In Texas at least, a citizen's arrest in this situation would be unlawful and expose the poster to civil and criminal liability for unlawful restraint and possibly kidnapping. Be very careful.
We were in Walmart once, with the kids, and saw some... transgender creature working there. An ugly guy in a dress, with makeup.
Now, of course, this ugly guy has the RIGHT to work in Walmart, wearing a dress and makeup.
But we have the right to point at it and laugh.
(Well, at least I THINK we did. Nowadays, WE’D probably be arrested for some kind of “hate crime” ;-)).
In our brave new world of wussified authorities, they probably determinethe guy was 17 and arreest YOU for production of child pornography.
>Looks that way! *slowly backing out of this thread!*<
Look behind you!
Are you a woman?
Well...any father or husband in that place should have put a foot in this kids ass. I would have. I would have thrown him out of the store if he didn’t put his pants up. Period.
Grab some long handle hedge shears and tell the pervert that you are going to do some needed trimming if he doesn’t put that twig back in his pants..
This is the right thing to do. Confronting the perv will do nothing if Wally World doesn’t do anything. A little “free advertising” is the best way to get them to change policy. The dumb@ss clerks should have sent you to the manager.
The question is, what more should I / could I have done?
No, I’m not a woman, but as I stated earlier - I’m not going to get into a physical confrontation over something like this. There’s too much chance it could turn out bad - there could have been more in those pants than his little friend.
