It will be classified as hate speech and suppressed. Naugle will be silenced.

Not like their sewer activities are any safer in private.

Telling someone that jumping off a roof will get them hurt, can get you in big trouble.

Who would’a thunk it, all someone had to do was ask them to quit!

"It's a very important niche market"

Seems like the members of the Fort Lauderdale Tourism Board have their heads planted firmly in an important niche.

Also, talk about hypocrites.

Fort Lauderdale used to encourage college pukes to come in droves and puke in droves during Spring Break until there was too much bad publicity related to their unhealthy behavior.

Is having sex in public restrooms somehow more healthy than doing a beer bong by the pool?

He was on O'Reilly last night. All he asked was that they don't do it in the public bathrooms on the beach.

Is it too much to ask people to get a room somewhere?

“It’s about time someone stood up and told the truth.”

That’ll get him targeted by the left. The left recoils from the truth like a vampire recoils from a cross.

It’s a good sign that things are pretty effed up when something as simple as asking butt pirates to play butt darts somewhere other than public restrooms is seen as controversial.

I saw him on O’Reilly too. I noticed when they put his name up on the screen, the had a (D) next to his name. It’s rare when I agree with a democrat, but I have to give him credit.

The only way to stem the tide is for ALL of them to get psychological and religious help to STOP their disgusting behavior. Since we’re telling them that their behavior is just ducky, who’s going to tell them to stop.

The average smoker will live to be in his 70s.
The average male homosexual will live to be 41 years old.

Now, tell me, whose life style is awful and needs to be stopped. When will we stop this nonsense?

NBC6 news reports that Fort Lauderdale Tourism Board members said the mayor's opposition to public sex in tourist spots and bathhouses is hurting business.

It looks like that is the case.

The Tourism Board is actually saying they want and condone homosexual sex in public in their town because it is a moneymaker.

If they are willing to go that far, why not have a cable TV reality show about it? You know, film the homos doing their thing in public, it should get lots of viewers.

And preverts will flock to Ft Lauderdale!

(Just think how many barebackers won't be where we live)

"cruising" scenes for homosexual men looking for the anonymous sexual encounters that characterize the "gay" subculture

I could almost accept Adam and Steve, the quiet and polite gay couple down the street with the especially attractive garden, etc.

But this....this obsessive, anonymous cruising/promiscuity that is central to the male homosexual scene...this I can not accept.

It is repulsive beyond words; it is nasty; it is unhealthy; and it is sick.

Randy Shilts, a deceased gay journalists, wrote a book more than a decade ago called, "And the Band Plays On." According to published descriptions, Shilts described the SF bathhouse scene in which men lay facedown in cubicles with cans of Crisco beside them. Others would peek in and, if they liked what they saw, would slap a handful of Crisco at the man's butt and have at it. They would then depart, never have faced their "partner."

Sorry to be so graphic. It is important to be explicit that what is being objected to is not some different, but idyllic, "commited" relationship, as the gay community likes to describe up to the sheeple. This disgusting, anonymous sex is central to the gay scene. There is clearly a wish/need to have this sort of sex even when a more respectable relationship is available.

It can not possibly disgust you, gentle FReeper, more than it disgusts me.

"We want to put a stop to that activity," he said.

Yeah, good luck with that. It would be easier to put a citywide ban on eating french fries.

Maybe, to be nonjudgmental about it, Fort Lauderdale should put up signs saying:

"We don't sh#t in your bedrooms. Please don't f#ck in our restrooms."
