there were a few young fellows that tried to make a move....she shunned those nogoodniks....she's entirely not interested.
One idiot walked by, gives her the elevator look, right in front of me! She looks at him, looks at me, looks back at him, and shakes her head, and says "What a dumbass.".
Couldn't help myself...I asked him if that was the way his father treated his mother and then told him to get lost and not even to look in her direction again. Little twerp...

In this case the name of the meat tells you what part of the animal the animal the meat came from.
You could get ground sirloin by cubing a sirloin steak and running it though a grinder or your food processor. You are paying for convenience even though they are mostly grinding the trimmings from that section.
Hamburger is made from the trimmings from many different portions of the animal and mixed with fat to get the desired proportion. (80%, 90%, 95% lean)
