Girl tell me about it, Mitt is soooo dreamy...
If anyone wants to keep a link to Sturm Ruger’s excellent post on Fred, here it is:

Thank you, Sturm.
Cool. May you win and grin! (and collect—because that’s not what he thinks)
Another valuable post. I want to save the link to this one, too:

Thanks again.
Sounds like a Red Sonja sort of thing, or maybe Barbarian Queen with a budget. I suppose a chain-mail bikini is too much to hope for.
Come to think of it that same subtext would work for gnatty women HunterFans, too. Round and Round they go to all the Fred threads.
Just bumped because I had not seen the term "Hunterites" before your post. Quite a bit of denominationalism here on FR. At least among the denominationalites.
Dude, what kind of bet is that? That's highway robbery. It's already well-known that Fred will declare shortly after Labor Day.
What are you, a loan shark?
They have also been called “Pissanthropes” because of Pissant’s advocacy on Hunter’s behalf. My favorite is “Paulestinians” for the Ron Paul folks.
My new favorite will be Fridiots (when someone is brave enough to introduce it). Primary season is fun and educational.
I would like to get into this bet with you folks but the last time I bet on a candidate he won.
He not only won the primary he won the whole enchilada and America suffered through four long years of Malaise.
I will regret that until.......
So you’re an anti-denominationalite?
If you like FRidiots, you’ll like Dumbcanistas.
Are you kidding me. The GOP establishment has nothing to do with Fred running. He was drafted by the very base you believe who'll stay home if Fred's nominated.
Fred will also bring a lot of independent and swing voters to our side too. It's likely that he'll only serve one term, so if he chooses a young, strong conservative VP, the GOP will have the WH for the next 25 years.
Yes - we split from the anti-denominationalists last year at the synod. Technically we're reformed nondenominationalites.
Huckabee has only recently crossed my radar screen.
From what I’ve seen though, his raising sales taxes, as Politicalmom pointed out, seems generally consistent with his support for the “Fairtax”. What I heard from him this week was articulate arguments favoring citizens rights to arm themselves for protection (not hunting), abolishing the IRS, tougher border security and enforcement.
I gravitate toward Hunteresque-type politicians. But so far, in this race, Hunter and (flamesuit on)Fred have displayed downright ineptitude in campaigning. If you can’t declare yourself a candidate and mix it up, or if you can’t get your campaign noticed, you’d probably not be very good at the most serious job on the planet.
I’m still considering a couple candidates. If Fred can wait this long to decide to run, I can be persuaded or dissuaded for a while longer.
Right on. Those who tack notes denouncing tacks and notes, on the door of the Church-of-the-painful-truth.
I gave at the office.
“Hes so pro-choice that he actually EATS small children in his spare time.
With Fava beans.”
Don’t forget drinking the Chianti with that...
You are on!....solid bet....its booked.
Good luck.
