How in the first place all the illegal people got the place for Rent. I’m a Mexican, I lived in USA legally for 2 years, and the only way I got an apartment was because my employer got it for me, by myself never.

I don't understand how either.

I wish I knew the answer to those questions too my friend. It is a crying shame that those who play by the rules (like you) struggle, while those who cheat the system seem to thrive. My guess is that since many are breaking the law to be here, many also have no hesitation about engaging in other illegal (though profitable) activities.

My brother (a U.S. citizen) has been married to a German national for 25 years. They’ve lived in Germany for most of that time.

She still has a hassle every time they come home to visit.

Things with the INS are upside-down backwards. People who obey the law should not be penalized. I truly do not understand what is going on in this country.

Oh no they won't. The minute they get served with court papers, they will drop a dime on the illegals who formerly rented from them. Those people will flee (if they haven't already done so). No witnesses, no case. No complaining parties, no case. No complaining parties with verifiable identities, no case.
