The news just keeps getting worse and worse.
>>Why isnt it a federal crime when foreign nationals kill Americans?<<
Good question. Seems like the invaders don’t have to obey any laws, here. (If they were held accountable, they wouldn’t even be here illegally.)
This guy need to go to the gallows! Where are vigilantes when you need them?
well, washington is making sure of that
Maybe if he promises not to come back to America, we’ll let him go home.
Ask Pelosi and her Liberal cohorts to explain this. This needs to be blasted all over the country until the American people start screaming at the Congressional morons and then send them packing.

I agree, as I am sure everyone here would. But, the MSM has somehow missed it.
Yes it does. What is with our judicial system? They’re doing everything possible to give out either light or NO jail sentences, like they just want these illegals to go free. And they certainly don’t care about any of the crimes that are committed while these people are here. Not only do these illegals get off without punishment, but we are all left unprotected from their criminal behavior.
The authorities have failed us and for reasons ranging from PC racism to unmitigated greed, they have created a privileged class of barbaric criminals in our midst, one not bound by our laws.
We are very close to the time when the American people will take matters into their own hands. I suspect that this is already happening in certain inner city areas. It is possible, even likely, that hard-pressed black Americans, people whose ancestors have been here since colonial times, are taking vigilante action against the invaders. This is hard to document because racist liberal media and authorities would automatically dismiss it as “gang warfare” or “drug related.” I wouldn’t care to be an illegal in Newark just now, for example.
“Originally, he was also charged with several traffic violations including driving while impaired.”
I bet he had a dmv issued license.
I have a headache.
It isn’t?
Any possible plea bargain in this case is a travesty of justice - PERIOD. He is guilty of murder - period, and should be treated like the murderer he is.
Why not ask George Bush to explain it? I think he should be indicted as a co-conspirator in every death of an American by an illegal. Shame on you Mr President for failing so badly to uphold your oath to defend our country.
Amen. You are absolutely correct.
i would give up a kidney to be on that jury.
solitary confinment wouldn’t be an option.
man talk about a no brainer.
wonder if those people pull there heads out of there ***
to draw a breathe of air.
“Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich said Tuesday he is “sickened” that President Bush and Congress went on vacation “while young Americans in our cities are massacred” by illegal immigrants.”

Unless he purposely hit the other car he did not commit murder. Manslaughter or criminal vehicular homicide is the usual charge for killing someone while drunk driving. The "plea bargain", at least as far as the charges go, doesn't appear to be any real advantage to the defendant who will most likely be sentenced under sentencing guidelines. Any lesser charges that will be dismissed are usually of no import as the sentences for them usually run concurrently.
I think the prosecutor is probably acting responsibly, the Federal government who allowed this invader into our Country did not, of course, act responsibly.
Thank you for the link, khnyny. It’s time someone publically spoke out for Americans. Good article.
