he had watched several 9/11 truth videos and found them extremely disturbing.

The people who made them were pretty disturbed...and I don't mean that in a nice way.

"Fighting Bob LaFollette and the Progressives"

Weren't they a doo-wop group in the 50's? I thought I saw them on a PBS special last nite....

Or was that the country group with the hit single, "I keep missin' you...but my aims gettin' better"?

He suggested that the U.S. is approaching a very dark crisis and will only survive if enough people realize that we need to love each other, not demonize, hate and kill. He wondered aloud why a powerful country like the U.S., surrounded by oceans and unthreatening neighbours, needs to pursue "defence" by killing people all over the world.

Why haven't we thought of this before? Someone needs to tell the murderous Muslims that love is the answer. To those that want to murder us: we love you. Yipee!

“Informed that Ron Paul had spoken out for a new 9/11 investigation,”

...which would explain, of course, why Paul is just SOARING in the polls...

Last year 36% of the American people said 9/11 was high treason

Bravo Sierra.

That was the Chrome Buzzards. They also had, "Tell the Dog to Look Away".

It would be if they conducted the poll at a showing of Loose Change, which they probably did.

That or downtown Berkeley.

What the world needs now is love, sweet love. It’s the only thing that there’s just too little of.

Lord we don’t need another candidate... there are so many candidates we can’t remember their names. There are liberals, and netroots each seeking fame.....

Folette is actually an interesting fellow, a Republican who served in the House a term or two, a term as Wisconsin Governor, and a couple decades in the Senate where he was well thought of. As the Progressive Party (Progressives were Republicans back in the day) he got near 20% in his Presidential run.

Tommy, please rein in your little brother. 2 Thompsons are one too many. 3 of them would be utter chaos.

Wow! 20% in the Presidential Election?

That's about where Ross Perot came out, and got Clinton elected in '92. Once his flakiness was discovered, he only got about 8 percent in 1996.

A few points under 20, I think he’s 2nd to Perot. Got Coolidge elected. Teddy Roosevelt stated publicly he should be hung for his opposition to WWI, which is his appeal to the antiwar movement, not his other accomplishments. Of course politics wasn’t nasty back then.

Ed Thompson owns a bar Tomah, Wisconsin.

Ed Thompson’s Tee Pee Supper Club

Ed Thompson joined the Libertarian Party when his Bar was raided and he was charged with having illegal gambling machines.

Now wouldn’t that be something, if Tommy Thompson and Ed Thompson were going at it in the General Election. Brother vs. Brother.
