The devil strides into church every time the doors open for service. Sickness of the soul is not as rare as people want to believe, even right here in East Tennessee, buckle of the Bible Belt. The family name is besmirched horribly ... I grew up with Testers and they were not sickos like this one turned out to be.

When Sessions Judge Robert Lincoln asked Tester about his actions, including wearing “a denim mini-skirt,” Higgins said that because his client was intoxicated, he remembered nothing about the specifics of the incident.
