Had you done some ‘questioning’ yourself, you’d know that the link I provided is to a conservative blogger.

I don’t want another CFR sponsored globalist propped up in the Oval Office taking orders from the CFR.
Fred Thompson sure looks good at first glance but... his CFR credentials give him away. IMO, our great nation will continue to suffer as long as we allow the CFR to choose our ‘leaders’.
That’s easy....because I read, learn and think for myself. I don’t need anybody whether their name is Malkin, Coulter or....Corn (pfft!)...telling me who I should or shouldn’t support. Thankyouverymuch.
I read position statements from the candidates. In Fred’s case I like what I read. I look at voting records and explanation of votes that I don’t understand. I look at ratings given by various organizations BUT I also put a balancing grain of salt up against them. Pretty basic stuff in terms of candidate evaluation, really.
I read articles about the candidates and try to separate the wheat from the chaff. I try to discern the agenda vs. the hysterics vs. the facts and recognize what is important. Fred’s being a member of CFR doesn’t surprise nor concern me. Many politicians that I respect are members there.
Although I don’t anticipate it happening, should Fred disappoint for some reason, I won’t flog myself. If that disappointment occurs I’ll move to my second choice.
But I draw the line at agreeing with David Corn. At least not without some very serious soul searching.

Based on reading just a few passages, I’m convinced that Corn doesn’t even have the foggiest idea what a neoconservative is.
