Just about any time, any senator who opens her or his mouth gives me hope that someday "The Great Compromise" might somehow be undone.

The current question begs, which is more collectively stupid, the U.S. Senate or the American electorate?

Too close to call.

If Clinton gets the nomination Evan Bayh or Mark Warner will join her on the ticket, on the belief either of them can deliver their respective states.
Obama I think would pick Wesley Clark or Warren Christopher (provided he isn’t too old - not sure of his age) to bring a foreign policy resume on board.

I don’t really give a rat’s ass what Newt has to say about anything. He is a self absorbed jerk. At a time when Hillary’s socialist ideas needed to minimized, Newt was partnering with her on Health Care. He gave her a legitimacy she has not earned and does not deserve.

I agree with you, Hillary wants to be the 1st Woman President, she doesn’t want to share the spot light with him as the 1st black VP and plus, I don’t think she likes him at all, he bothers her, because although he is liberal, he at least believes what he says, unlike her. He doesn’t have an agenda, he is honest, although I don’t think he is too smart. He is just saying what he was taught in the politically correct colleges. Hillary on the other hand has an agenda. As a result of these differences, I think the two are natural enemies. Hillary is more of a subversive type while Obama is politically correct. I am pretty sure the two are arch enemies because of these differences.

Hillary doesn’t need him to get black votes, she will get it with or without him. That is a pointless reason and she knows it, no way will she share the spotlight with him for something she already has, in other words, why should she buy the cow when the milk is for free?

Nope, it will be Hillary/Richardson. He’s a Clinton guy and helps with the Hispanic vote. They already own 90% of the black vote.

hildebeast could not stay in the same room with osama’s wife for any length of time. A bud in DC heard that she detests her. I hate to admit that I agree with the beast on any point... but she got this one right.

I am not surprised that she hates them, I can tell just by observing her on short clips. One thing I don’t like about Hillary is how transparently fake she is. It bothers me that such a large segment in our population are so blind. I believe the reason she doesn’t like them is because they have something she lacks, honesty, they are who they say they are, unlike HER!

You are correct. I bet she picks a VP that wont upstage her with charisma like Richardson

Hitlery doesn’t want him stealing her thunder. Not going to happen.

Quite the contrary, she wants him to run in the top slot:

Think of it:

• Two years and one day into her term the first slotter gets arkincided
• Under Article XXII, she can still run for two full terms as the incumbent
• The Glorious Hillary!™ Decade begins
• Hillary uses the Patriot Act to it's fullest extent, and beyond
• At the end of the Glorious Hillary!™ Decade there is a National Emergency "temporarily" delaying the elections
• Under the pressure of the National Emergency, the 2nd and 22nd amendments are repealed
• By the time the National Emergency is over all the 'improved' source code for the touch screen electronic balloting will be in place......

My guess is Mrs. Clinton already made a deal to have Obama on her ticket. This is just a charade to crowd out the competition until the nominations.

Of course, if someone better comes along, she can always get out of the deal. Or maybe there’ll be an accident or untimely death.

I agree with your analysis, and with the next post by Greg F. Your two points taken together reveal what will take place next year.

Osama is a lightweight, and this will be borne out by the campaign. He is all show and no substance, and has no track record of any kind of accomplishment that would lead people to believe he is Presidential material.

Hillary does not need anything that Osama offers, as the black vote will just go to her, because they “know what she’s talkin’ about”. Once again, the blacks will be used by the Democrats, and get nothing in return. Why fool with a winning script?

Bill Richardson is not Presidential material either, but serves as a plausible Vice Presidential candidate. Experience in the UN, Energy Secretary, Governor of a state, meddler in North Korea, and most important of all—loyal FOB and FOH. Even though this toad has managed to screw up everything he has ever touched is immaterial, because he has the one thing Osama does not—Hispanic cache. Oh yeah, that’s political ammo in today’s climate—big time!

Hillary is not going to pick anyone unsafe—she will pick the one who will advance her agenda and be loyal—as Richardson is. When the dynamic duo announce their match made in political heaven, the MSM will go into overdrive announcing with breathless wonder that the stars are in place and the planets have now aligned to bring us the most experienced, smartest, most caring, pair who ever sought the Nation’s highest office.

As for Gingrich, he is a spoiler. He has been way too friendly to the Clintons once they handed his posterior to him a decade ago. He is an alley cat who is on a short leash. Watch him like you would someone who is not worthy of trust.

The only way Hillary can win is by having a third person in the race, ala Bill’s wins in 1992 and 1996. A third person to divide the moderate and Republican vote, along with massive vote fraud in the inner cities, which are uniformly controlled by the Democratic machine( made all the more easier by electronic voting now in place), will be the only way the Queen can ascend to power in the face of her high unfavorables with the American people.

If you see 2008 shaping up like 1992—get down on your knees and pray hard—for there are very dark days ahead for our land.

We had no chance in ‘92... we do today. I agree with just about everything else you said. Being any dim by November ‘08 is not going to be something “good”. They are being destroyed by their own actions... and there is dim blood in the water... and political blood is something the leftist sharks of the msm cannot resist... even if it is dim blood.

LLS,one thing about Americans—we have very short memories.
Not all of us, but too many of us, across the country.

The only chance we have is that we have the Internet to counter the MSM, which will be in the tank for Hillary.

And you are correct, we did not have that in 1992.
