OK - partial birth abortions at a clinic are legal, but doing one at home isn’t ?
I guess the only difference in the license.

Freeman was later charged with first degree murder, second degree murder and manslaughter I find this rather confusing, although I know it's customary to charge people with everything but jaywalking, in hopes that *some* charge will stick.
I don't understand the relevance of the addition to the article title. It seems to me that the relevant point is whether this woman killed her baby.

Yeah...you don’t get it because no liberal, rich white woman is going to be charged with murder.

No, I don’t think partial birth abortions are NOT legal (or, of course moral) anywhere. Correct me if I’m wrong.

How does a mother kill an “unborn” child that is obviously outside the womb?

Who cares about Michael Vick’s admittedly lower-class dogfighting, and the deaths of 50 or so of those mutts a week.....when 4,000 human BABIES are killed every DAY through abortion?

No you are correct, but only since April/May of this year.
And of course that’s only if they don’t call it a miscarriage ... and actually prosecute it ...

She’ll be charged and convicted.

Is this article covering up for a botched home "partial-birth abortion?" Here's why I ask:
- The article says, "she had been pregnant" and "a small body was found wrapped in a blanket in the apartment."
- I don't think they would have charged her if she killed the baby while pregnant and had a still-birth.
- I don't think they would have said "Mother accused of killing unborn child" if she killed the child after a normal full birth.
What's left?
I don't think she could have had the diabolic equipment and skills required to kill the baby at the point of "partial-birth" as required by that barbaric "legal" loophole... BUT did she try anyway and is this what the liberal media is covering it up?
