Whine, whine, whine! The best thing is for people not to hire them in the first place. CAIR and the ACLU will be all over any employer that doesn’t bend over for them!

I dont trust these workers with our food!! Yeah, now that their complaining has risen to the level of informing me that Swift Meat Packing employs members of TROP, Swift Meat Packing company may start having problems moving their products at all the supermarlets serviced by Swift Meat Packing company..

Dude, I didn’t know there were other fellow believers here on FR! Welcome to the Religion!! (In my sect, we also allow Vodka, Tequila or mixed drinks instead of beer as part of the holy sacrament). But nobody is allowed to watch CNN, WE, Oxygen or Lifetime while drinking during prayer time.

which employs about 3,000 people in all and about 150 Somalis
These are the Muslims and this is what they do. What about the TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND FIFTY Average Joe workers who aren’t scr#wing around?
This is a shakedown lawsuit, nothing more. CAIR has got to stir the pot any way they can, and the scummy Somalis need to go back to Mogadishu and work in the meat packing plant there....oh wait, nothing but sand and death in their own country but at least their precious prayer time won’t be an issue.

Yours is a very rigorous religion - mine tells me to take naps between beers.

Uh...Mohamed....Read it and weep:
Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;...
Doesn't say anything about private industry prohibiting the free exercise of religion...

Too funny. I like how you lump in CNN with the feminist channels

My religion also allows the use of other liquid sacraments. Our most holy day is Sunday during football season where one can watch the most holy of holies ... the Oakland Raiders.

They knew up front that they would be working during prayers and spreading their carpet in a food handling area has to be a violation of sanitation codes if not OSHA. If they don’t like working during prayer time get another job that doesn’t interfere or better still move to some Muslim country.

Okay, ya know what. We don't work that way.
You are on a production line. You need to be in your slot on the production line. Walking off the production line clogs up the works of the production line.
If you cannot work the way we work here in the west, then go back to whatever hell-hole you crawled out of.
To paraphrase an Australian govt. official; if you need to live where there is Sharia law, then you need to go where there is Sharia Law, and that is not Australia. Or, America.
If you cannot adjust your behavior to the way business works in this country, then you need to go back where you came from.

"They are treating (the Somalis) like criminals now anyone who prays is a criminal." No they aren't. If they were, your @ss would be in jail. Drama queen.
To: Uncledave
Too bad. Return to your own country and maybe they will listen to your complaining there.
To: Uncledave
Won't be long before they demand these, if they haven't already.

There is no reason that the Muslims can not pray.Just don’t do it on someone else’s time. This is not a right in our country. Unfortunately the ACLU will stand behind them, and be paid handsomely for doing so.
