Music to my ears. Neighbor has somewhere between 5 and too damn many dogs, at any one time.

We have a fence that borders our properties. I have fantasies of tossing a hand grenade over it and yelling "Fetch".

The bark collars work, but they’re cruel and unusual, because, I think, they respond to noises other than barking giving the dog jolts every time a truck passes by. My pooch was miserable with one on, so we gave it to a friend of ours, whose dog promptly ran away with the bark collar on him!

What about barking rabbits? We have jack rabbits on our lawn at night that bark and then our dog goes out to bark at them.
