It’s taken 5 YEARS to bring this POS to trial? He should have been convicted and executed 3 years ago.

This shows Public Advocate demonstrating in Washington, DC, protesting the Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Protection Act (H.R. 1592), which would grant special rights to homosexuals. This law would add sexual orientation to federal hate crimes statutes.
Amazing how often homosexuals have a childhood history of suffering abuse. Too bad we'll never see a study on it.
The perp appears before the panel, the evidence is presented. The verdict is handed down.
In 30 days the findings are reviewed and within 48 hours the sentence is carried out.
Usually the perp, in case of a capital crime, like rape, murder, molestation, etc., he is usually caned for a a bit before he is hanged.
If only we could mete out justice like this there wouldn't be any overcrowding problem in our prison system.
