"Beijing Vice-Mayor Ding Xiangyang..."

Is it asking too much that the Vice-Mayor be named "Ding Dong"? Ok, how about if they name him "Ding Ah-Ling"? Can I get that much?

Apparently you have no problem sleeping on someone elses dirty sheets.
I've heard nothing to suggest that such is the case in China.

Practice in the US hotel industry used to be to change the sheets nightly. It's changed, over the last 15 years or so to change the sheets of guests staying for multiple nights only every two or three days, unless requested.

But they always change the sheets when a guest checks out.

I have no reason to believe that the recommended Chinese practice is any different. Do you?
