I don’t care what happened in this case. I don’t care if the guy is guilty or not. It is a matter of complete indifference to me. The fact remains that it is WRONG and STUPID to prohibit discussion — in common, factual English vocabulary — of an alleged crime in a court that is supposed to assess whether that crime happened. The ban on those words is just as much an injustice to the defendant (and the general public that depends on reason being exhibited in the judicial system ) as it is to the accuser.

Not caring, that could be the problem.

If you cared, you’d realize why the word rape shouldn’t be used in a court in Nebraska, imo.

Be that as it may, I’d rather discuss topics with people who care about them.
