I knew when this paltry Palfrey bitch decided to release the names of her “clients”, that the majority of them would be Republicans. She would, naturally, have to be a Democrat. Republican women aren’t that cheap.
Senator Vitter take a deep breath and then say “this too will pass.” It will.
The question is what will Vitter and the Louisiana voters do.
He should follow Newt’s and Livingston’s lead.
I smell a Comrade Klinton floating around in all the other fecal matter called the Democrat Cesspool election committee.
Liberals are nothing.
Nothing = a turd with all the sh!t scraped off.
If they don't know whether Vitter spoke to the woman, then this article is nothing more than a hit piece.
The Louisiana voters elected Edwin Edwards and William Jefferson. What do you think they'll do?
Then why is he in hiding?
I don’t know. I’m not from Louisiana. If the reports so far are true, I know what Vitter should do.
I like that! Hope you don't mind if I use it.
I spent several years in New Orleans. Believe me, this is "kid stuff" compared to what goes on there.
One thing that strikes me is that the records are from 1999-2000, and nothing since then. Also, phone records usually indicate how long the call was. The length of the call might indicate whether Vitter spoke to Palfrey, or whether Palfrey just got an answering machine.
The people of Louisiana don't seem to care, but the MSM is sure trying to make it into a big scandal.
The voice was in a big empty echo chamber - - his head.
His brains were in another part of his body at the time.
Yes, if Vitter were cleverer, he would have announced that someone had swiped his cellphone and that he had later found it. (Teddy Kennedy’s hairbrained alabi exonerated him with millions of people.) But if he were smart enought to think of that, he wouldn’t have given her his phone number in the first place. Besides, isn’t there anonymous, casual sex out there for taking if a man’s even slightly resourcefully—I mean circumstances in which the man an remain anonmyous? Of course, there are always “calling cards” that the woman can leave as a reminder, some of which don’t become manifest until a few weeks later.
You’d think the guy would be more careful while he was breaking the law.
F'cryin'out loud! There are people--mostly women--who think Clinton did not have sex with that woman, Miss Lewinsky--even after he admitted it!
I can tell you what I'm going to do, and I'm a Louisiana voter. I'm going to vote for David Vitter's re-election in 2010. This entire mess is a recycling of old news from the Drive-By Media. Look for blowback on the Drive-Bys starting next week, particularly Gannett reporter John Hill. He's one of the ringleaders.
He still has our family’s support and I emailed him and told him just that. I recommended that he hunker down and ride this out. A few other choice words about that dim, McHale.
