How much has he given of the millions he’s made from speaking and writing books? Why is it that Kerry, Clinton, celebrities, et al. are always talking about giving, but that translates into more taxes for people barely getting by and hardly a drop in the bucket from those who have the most and talk incessantly about giving? Hey Bill, lead by example, give all your profits from the book to those in need.
