The progress of African Americans since the days of MLK has certainly been “retarded” by the criminally self-serving actions of “Black leaders” who have done NOTHING to help their people develop middle-class work/education values (except for Bill Cosby) and EVERYTHING to keep all the folk “down on the plantation” of dependency on government, whining about “racism”, whining for more affirmative action and whining for more handouts.
The criminal actions of “Black Leaders” have certainly retarded the social and economic progress of African Americans for the last 40 years.
Another leftist organization (diversity inc) doing its part to destroy a perceived threat from what they perceive to be the right (Giuliani is not on the right).
