Some people where I work could use some scent to cover up the , uh, more “natural” scent they seem to have.
Any new news on the Chris Benoit, case?
I had a friend who got married a couple of years ago. She had this "chemical sensitivity". She told people not to dry their clothes w/ dryer sheets and not to use perfumed antiperspirant. I tried hard to accommodate her. I hope she preferred the smell of my stinky armpits over the lavender-scented deodorant I normally would have been wearing! LOL!
Lots of talk at this point. Fox News has fallen in love with Steve Austin’s ex-wife, who comes on nightly and conjectures.

I think it's good manners to try to cover up the "more natural scent." These people are just control freaks, IMO! I do know people who wear too much perfume but to tell people not to wear any at all is ludicrous.
I can’t remember the last time I ate Chinese food, either. Not low carb friendly. LOL!
Happy late birthday WITT! I know you said it was in July but I kept thinking it was the 13th for some reason. OMGoodness, 103 in Boise. We’ve cooled down into the 80’s here in Denver—thank goodness. Anyway, hope you had a happy birthday and fun 4th of July.

I on the other hand, do not have a tolerance for people with these stupid ailments, I swear everyday someone comes up with a new reason to sue somebody, fragrance, lighting,,,,I worked with someone years ago who had a “fragrance” allergy or so she claimed, she had the whole office (except me) in a tizzy, fragrant deodorant, perfume, cologne, etc., evereyone was walking on eggshells to accommodate this twit, come to find out it was a control thing, she was overheard in the ladies room telling one of her close friends that she “finally had everyone where she wanted them”, I DID NOT conform to her wish, I was the only one who was a rebel! I don’t have any tolerance for this nonsense, if someone can’t handle perfume or whatever, then work from home.

It drives me nuts (no pun intended) too. There was a girl with a peanut allergy in my son’s school last year. My son didn’t have an allergy, but I had to read labels on everything we bought for his lunches for the whole school year. I finally got used to it, but it was a pain. I know the school would have stood by the mother’s request to have the school peanut free, and I would have been accused of being insensitive had I said something. Glad you didn’t buckle under to the smell control woman.
