Awesome race, great commentary (what makes freerepublic great). We are all FRiends despite disagreements.
Will be back next time.

Did anyone else notice the "Live LeaderBoard" popup at the end?
"We have a winner! The winner is: #13, Joe Nemechek!"
He must have tripped something, sliding across the grass...
To: GRRRRR
Great finish to a damn good race. Sometimes it’s good not to see drivers in each other’s faces after a crash, or some other stupid stuff. It’s not a bad thing to have a relatively “clean” race once in a while.
Or maybe the restricter plates have something to do with that, meaning my argument is a bunch of HOOEY!!!!!!
Either way racin’ is just racin’, no matter how it turns out.

I was just surprised to see Troy Aikman, Patrick Dempsey, Jay Leno, Waybe Gretzky etc. etc. giving commentary on Nascar. I didn’t know they were fans..

I was reading news with 24x24 on alongside -- just picked up on the Dale Earnhardt parts, and Aikman talking about Emmitt Smith, and decided it was "pretty good"...
Now it's all about Gordon. I've seen too much of Flash this year!

Thanks for the thread. I’m exhausted just from watching the race. Great finish.

Aikman is at least a part owner of one of the teams.
