In a way, this shift would change little.You may be right but I think Brown's recent proclamations about Islamic TERRORISTS, the WOT & his war power giveaways doesn't inspire confidence in our once staunch ally.

Something’s really amiss over there if every new PM wants to change their constitution. Seems to me that pretty soon they won’t have one, no matter how much they harp on about having one. You cut out a few clauses here and there, pretty soon you’ve got nothing but confetti.
