The word “Islamophobic” implies fear. In that sense, the CAIR official who used that word in his description of Thomas could not be more wrong. Thomas does not fear Islam. The fact that he spoke out is proof of that. Instead, his comment that it is like a slow spreading cancer suggests that it should be treated like a disease.
