And it is easily argued that Muslims are the cause for the increase in red tape.

For a people who so love to behead, mass-murder, rape and shriek “death to _____,” they sure do bitch a lot about how mistreated they are.

"Compared to the rest of the country, the Bay Area is pretty tolerant, so we're surprised when we get an episode of violence or a case of discrimination against a child."

What a crock! They just got finished whining about how many alleged "hate crimes" against muzzies they have in their area and then they want to claim the tolerance crown? It ain't working boys!

Since the Koran is completely permissive of lying, I don’t believe anything CAIR puts out.

Besides, we need to scrutinize muslims very heavily right now. After all, their “holy book” does tell them to kill us.

“ranging from schoolyard taunts...”

I didn’t know that the government kept figures on this. Must be in those permanent records kept in principals’ offices.

IMO, they’re free to return to their country of origin or they are free to return to the country where they fit ideologically. All these so-called Moderate Muslims have failed to speak out against terrorism, therefore, one must assume they agree with it.

What a crock of BS.

>>Alia Ansari of Fremont never got an apology. In October 2006, the Afghan mother of six was gunned down as she walked with her 3-year-old daughter. A suspect was arrested, but no motive has been determined. Family members and Muslim leaders suspect her hijab scarf marked her for a hate crime.<<

Hate crime? HONOUR KILLING. Did anyone question her father, brothers, husband?

"The Bay Area numbers reflect national numbers, which show episodes of anti-Muslim bias jumping 25 percent. California accounted for nearly one-third of all the complaints."

Read these two lines, (above), carefully. The second sentence shows the first sentence to be false. If the Bay Area bias reflects national numbers, (for muslim bias), then how is it that California alone accounts for 1/3rd of all muslim complaints of bias?

This entire article is rife with contradictions, nonsense and hyperbole, (such as: "visas 'strangled' by gov't red tape"). The writer seeks to create an image of a muslim being strangled by the US government, when in fact the gov't is merely trying to screen for islamic terrorists who would apply for visas so they can come here and kill us.

Bias runs deep in the religion of peace. They are so peaceful that they will not tolerate a single visitor of a faith other than Islam to enter the sacred (segregated) city of Mecca UNDER PENALTY OF DEATH.

Did I mention that all muslims, including the progressive ones bow to this segregated city 5 times every day and yet they never speak out against this discrimination?

All travel visas were tangled with “red tape” when there was a backlog of issuing passports to Americans of all stripes. But somehow this is all about them.

How come we never see such a spate of articles about all the “anti-infidel hate crimes” committed by Islamists motivated by jihadist depravity?

"Ahmed herself figured in one of the hate mail complaints. After reading an Oct. 14 commentary in the Contra Costa Times in which Ahmed said all thoughtful Muslims decry violence, an Oakland letter writer sent her a vitriolic missive saying her words were "like poison."

"May you wander in the desert for a thousand years," the letter writer said. "Believe me no one will miss you, or look for you or pine for your return."

I call BS. I don't know one single American who would curse out anyone by saying "May you wander in the desert for a thousand years" that's not something a Westerner would say, it sounds more likea ME person.

Considering what Muslim terrorists do, I am surprised Muslims aren’t harassed all the time. If it were any other religion who bred terrorist killers, they would be. Muslims get special treatment for some reason.
