All of your questions are valid. Since he is a Senator, be respectful, but remember he is your employee and as such should be representing the wishes of the Colorado residents, not his own. Thoroughly research his statements and his voting record to counter any political b.s. he might try to cover the truth with.
Tonto Salazar is provably not 'Congress'. If the authors of the article had intended to include Senators and 'Critters, presumably they were intelligent enough to have written 'Congress, or members thereof'.
As proof of this, all defendant's counsel would have to do is locate any other article in which specific reference to 'members of Congress' is made. The court would have no choice whatever but to find the defendant 'not guilty'.
Additionally, it would have to be a real horse's a$$ of a Judge Advocate to file under this article for an insult to a 'Critter. Not to say there aren't such horse's a$$es, but they are in no way the majority of J.A.s.
bingo
Besides proposing amnesty for felons and enlisting in a cabal to prevent strict constructionists from being appointed to the bench, please provide a litany of your accomplishments since you took your seat in the Senate.
What race are Mexicans? Mexicans recognize several distinctions based on skin color, from indios to blancos and all gradations in between. Females are called triguenas, morenas, etc., based on their color of skin and hair. Tecans, or those from Guatamala are usually darker skinned, and they claim Mexican police mistreat them on that basis when the police apprehend Tecans illegally in the country. That is just one example of several.
There are three races.
Unhuh, but that is your cut on it. There are actually anthropologists who say the following: “Caucasian, Negro and Asian are the three basics. You can add Malay/Polynesian, Australian Aborigine and American ‘Indian’ to get six. You can keep going.” Thanks for your view.
Well, then where do you stop?
You can go to “mixed”, but that does not constitute a genetic race. All races begin with a genetic signature, and Mexicans as a nationality may be mixed, but Mexicans in the true sense are a nationality, not a race.
It is not just “my cut”. You have to think your way through these things before you call race and not ethnic or tribal group.
To infer race on a nationality which is not a race is incorrect.
