“The fact that she is NOT on the Supreme Court today is the reason the arch-fascist she-devil Ginzburg is still there.”
Rathr laughable claim. Leftists like her never give up power willingly.
She’s nearly dead.
This has a whole bunch of Capitol Hill emails:

No, she is not. What scant record she possessed, was revealed as at least on par with O’Connor. From her affirmative action vote back in Texas, to her PC stance on Christimas cards to her liberal speeches. Speeches, btw, as well as her senate questionaire that were a complete embarrassment of thought not unlike o’Conner’s hard to decipher writings. She failed a basic competance level let alone failing to indicate a proper Judicial philosophy.
Nor can you prove otherwise. If you could, you’d have provided evidence to prove your statement.
Give it up.
You lost, you were wrong, you are still wrong, you will always be wrong about this and nothing the few like yourself remaining have to say will change that reality.
Go ahead, continue to argue this point. You can’t change what happened and you won’t prevent us from contesting another nominee should they fail to be competant and not possess the proper Judicial philosphy. We’ve learned from the past failures such as Stevens, Souter, O’Connor and kennedy just as we’ve learned from these amnesty shams. you don’t have the power to restore that naivety we once possessed. Thank God.
“Shes nearly dead.”
Then let’s make sure we win the White House in 2008!
Leftists like that only get removed when they are in the casket.
When they’re an old Stalinist warhorse like Ruthy, it takes one more step beyond the casket ~ you must administer the stake right through the heart just to make sure she stays there!
That's another reason for a Constitutional Amendment for Congressional term limits. I think one way to get the ball rolling is to call into talk radio.
Here's how I was able to make the point on the Jerry Agar Show on WABC-AM 770 tonight in NYC. They're paranoid, and properly so, about the resurrection of the Fairness Doctrine. With the McCain-Feingold Act being almost knocked out by the Supreme Court this week, I said that you can expect the neocoMs to really push for reinstatement of the Fairness Doctrine. That's why we should push for Congressional term limits.
They take calls to make themselves look good. It was the first call to WABC in years for me. That's one way to make the point that without term limits, we are going to be subject to more BS like this Shamnesty and Senators like Clinton, Schumer, Byrd, Kennedy, Boxer, Feingold, Lott, etc. ad infinitum. Ditto for our Congresspersons. Call talk radio for a Congressional term limits amendment!

... with a little luck it will be freed up for other uses soon (where’s that Fairness Doctrine?).
But I can't resist a shot at that judicial philosophy crap. The Supreme Court is not a trial court. The members are politicians with lifetime appointments. They are going to do what they are going to do. It helps our side when you get a Roberts, who is probably the smartest lawyer on the court and a close thing to a real judge we are likely to get.
Thanks for the email addresses!
Hear! Hear! BTTT
Thanks for another argument for a Constitutional Amendment for Congressional term limits. You could make an argument for 20 years for members of the Supreme Court as well. Let the Chief Justice accumulate a total of 25 years and out.
My message to my president and his subordinates is this: Not only do I consider myself a patriot, but I'm not a bigot, I don't want to kill my wife or any other immigrants, I am strongly against the deportation of illegal aliens and I am very much pro-immigration.So what is he for? I read the whole thing and it looks like he wants it both ways -- exactly the same complaint he's making.
Just say NO to Illegal Alien Amnesty!! Keep calling!! Its NOT OVER!!
