Anyone in the U.S. illegally on July 1st must leave and wait one year to apply for a visa.
Anyone in the U.S. illegally on August 1st must leave and wait two years to apply for a visa.
Anyone in the U.S. illegally on September 1st must leave and wait three years to apply for a visa.
Every month they delay getting out is another year before they can apply for a visa.

I personally support amnesty.
Then you do not have philosophically realist tendencies.
No matter what bill it comes under, amnesty means a $2,600,000,000,000.00 price tag in the first decade alone... that money comes from where? Amnesty means 12-20,000,000 new democrat voters... the republic survives that how? Amnesty means any terrorist in the US can obtain a Z-visa... and get voting rights, Social Security benefits, and bring in any "family members" they want... you support this for what reasons?
Building a fence is the first step in a multi-layered approach towards a common goal supported by over 80% of the American public... and that goal is NO AMNESTY, and the resounding defeat (for the third time) of this utter POS bill.

The problem is that without a fence; We can’t keep them out and once they’re here we have no place to store them because Mexico wont take them back.
Forget military on the border, liberals wont allow that.
The military on the border wouldn’t stop them unless they had orders to shoot, never happen, they would be unarmed census takers.
Liberal judges will demand the illegals are turned loose unless deported in 24 hours or less.
There will be no national ID. Libertarians, Randy Weaver etc, ACLU, liberal cities, will stop that.
