From my understand his bishop has spoken to him numerous times. I have read that he even was thinking about reassigning him to another parish.

His bishop is considered pretty conservative. I can’t see this behavior continuing much longer. It was only last week or the week before that he made a speech threatening to snuff out the owner of a gun shop.
