Do you think Fred Thompson would make a good running mate for John Edwards?

No. You pushing Silky Pony?

If you think about it, Thompson, is nothing more than a RINO. Thats why he took so long deciding whether to run.

I have thought about it, and I don't think Fred is a RiNO. And anyone who didn't take a long time to decide whether to run, is a numnuts, a fanatic, or an egomaniac. It wouldn't take, e.g., Cindy Sheehan long at all, or Mike Moore, or any of a number of other moonbat meatheads very long to decide that Destiny had called her/him. A reasonable man with small children at home, would think twice or three times before jumping in.

And the first primary is still seven and a half months away. So just take a number and stand by.

While in the Senate, he voted against legislation which would tighten up the ability to file frivolous lawsuits and against legislation which would limit attorney fees.

That legislation was written by the insurance lobby. I'd think twice before voting for it myself. In case you haven't heard, lawyers are the antidote to what insurance companies do after every damned hurricane -- even though they know people will be watching them.

Like I said, the right record is not in Fred.

Yeah? Who you got, smart guy?
