yes, I am a total specist. (insert grinning, raisy eyebrow face here)
The dolphin has as much right to the fish at the fisherman.
Not sure how you could interpret that any other way.

As cute as I think dolphins are, being animals (albeit, intelligent ones) they do no have any "rights" to anything.
I'm not saying they should not be protected. Just not at the expense of my Chilean Sea Bass ;^)
