Of course I have seen some on this forum call Fred a globalist.

This is due to his membership in the CFR (Council on Foreign Relations), which *is* a hotbed of "one world government" type thinking. It *does* make my current "limited" support of his current "unconventional" campaign a bit problematic, but he can hardly be worse than the "top tier candidates" of the moment.

Still, statements like these give me hope that while he may be a member of that subversive organization (which has had a hammerlock monopoly on US foreign policy for the entirety of my lifetime, think about it), he just *might* be a member in name only...

This might help you:

John Birch, a United States military intelligence officer and Baptist missionary in World War, was killed in 1945 by armed supporters of the Communist Party of China. The John Birch Society was named after him.

As a kid in GA, I saw a lot of Get the US out of UN signs along two lane highways. (Not to mention Brylcream signs, but that’s another story.) It has become, I guess a sort of urban myth, that Birch ran the society and was some old white guy racist. I worked for a guy during summer vacations, 65 and 66, in High School who was a member of the JBS and he eventually became a Bishop in the Anglican Church of America when it broke away from the even then too liberal Episcopal church.
