There are times when Susan’s respect for law supercedes her political biases, and we have to respect that in her. One of the very few D’s out there who really DO appreciate our laws and what our judicial system is supposed to be.

She's right - there is no "real" crime here. Libby was nailed on a technical violation that could been the result of a faulty memory. Peter Fitzgerald decided that an all too human foible was a crime because it didn't square with others accounts of the same event. For that Libby Scooter had to pay. What makes it even more contemptible is all that time Fitzgerald knew who the real leaker was and never bothered to bring him to justice.
