The Carolina’s experience tides of about 8 feet and average wave height of 4 feet. 12 feet versus 8 inches?

So I think it would be more relevant to blame the Moon, the Sun, Winds and sandy geology rather than global warming and sea level rise.

Several years ago we drilled a new fire water well at our plant in Cordele, GA. During the drilling, the auger was bringing up sand and small sea shells. All this several hundred miles from the coast. Seems the oceans have receded over time.
