The insanity is that we allow the FDA to be the protectors of the drug companies without regard to patients. The insanity is that drugs with known serious side-effects are allowed to be prescribed and sold. It is insanity that drug companies are allowed to operate with impunity. The hazards of Vioxx, Bextra and Celebrex were known before FDA approvals and before people died because of the wanton disregard for we people whom the FDA is supposed to be protecting.

I have a funky tummy, thanks to chemo. I don’t do any kind of heat in peppers either, which is unfortunate. I liked it back when I had an iron stomach.

CLO might help - it’s anti-inflammatory - pain is sometimes inflammation....also aspirin taken with Deglycerrized Licorice Tablets.....I was on 6-8 (320mg each) aspirin a day using the licorice (on the advice of a doc)....and my stomach survived fine.
