When my husband and I lived up north Memorial Day was our next door neighbor's birthday. He and his wife would have a neighborhood barbecue every year which kicked off the summer season. We always had a softball game pitting the men against the women. The girls rarely lost a game, I figured it was the way too many beers and hot dogs that did in the guys. My husband swore that they let us win, they didn't, we were just damn good.
Suitable for professional framing, it is...
Somebody ought to have it done in multiples, one or so, for keeping, some for friends and for hanging in certain strategic locations, and a few for sending to the right politicians, both Canadian and U.S.
If I had the money, I'd certainly consider it before sending political donations directly to candidates or political parties.
It'd be sort-like having some really nice, self-reloading ammunition, hehehheh...
Unlike many papers, the Post doesn't technically as a rule post its print edition front pages to its website. So, obtaining it required capturing the image from its digital edition, reformatting & resizing it & then firing it up onto PhotoBucket. The Post is also bad when it comes to failing to post illustrations & cartoons from its print edition to its website.
As example, here's a marvelous related illustration which graced its front page a few months ago which also had to be obtained in the manner already described:
As you likely know, the National Post is Canada's leading nominally 'conservative' daily and accordingly has been running an on-going series of excellent anti-enviro-nonsense articles entitled "Climate Change: The Deniers" about one per week since early February.
If you're looking for an absolute 'arsenal' of ammunition for the purposes you've mentioned - this is it!
The Series link previous will take you to further links to the initial 19 articles and, if you keep checking it, eventually the paper's goof-off webmaster will likely up-date it to include the 2 or 3 more recent ones which the slug hasn't yet got around to linking with the others.
Like infants with their dirty diapers, these ecofreaks SCREAM about the problem, real or perceived, but expect others to fix the problem for them for FREE. Until THEY come up with practical, viable solutions...just simply ignore them as liberal, something-for-nothing LOSERS.
