There is no complaint there..

Same holds true for my friends.. But we are not public figures and that is who I am referring to. I am looking for Jewish Leaders the Rabbi equivalents to the Rev Pat Robertson and the recently departed Rev Jerry Falwell to start pounding in support of Christians in the US and the Christian Nation of the United States of America.

At times I am left with the impression there are those in the Jewish community that have bought into the notion that a strong Christian America represents a danger to Jews.. Something patently absurd when in this time and age the dangers we face are the same and the rationales behind such thinking are long past.. The Muslims want all Jews Dead... We Crusaders being only next in line.. Now we as Conservative Christians are not going to allow the distruction of Israel or another round of fascist murder of Jews. This just is not the middle ages and Jews were simply not the only ones to suffer at the hands of the Churches of that time. The Knights Templars were all but annihilated and they were Christian Warriors, Crusaders who drove Saladin mad. Unfortunately they also happened to be pretty fair businessmen which brought the wrath of the combined jealousy of Kings and Church. I think it is very important that Rabbis, from Israel but in the US as well openly condemn liberals who play the "Jewish" card especially in elected office or in leadership positions within the political and media communities.

Just as Conservative Christian leaders must openly condem Liberal "Christian's (CINOs) who are the allies of not only the abortionists and communists but the Islamofacist as well W

That can happen, but, in general the “serious” Jews are some flavor of Orthodox, Modern Orthodox, and SOME Conservative Congregations.

In general (with many notable exceptions, Joe Lieberman being one), these groups abhor politics, don’t get involved in secular things, and just keep their heads down avoiding publicity, sticking close to home and sticking to thier families.

Indeed, the most observant Jews tend to consider dabbling in the secular world a waste of time that could be spent more profitably (e.g., studying/praying).

I am reminded about the parable of the Jewish students whose classmate left and made all sorts of money. I am messing it up, but, they were jealous -— and wanted to leave to go make some money, too. The Rabbi caused all sorts of treasures to appear and bade the students to take some -— in return for a decrease in wealth in the here after. Of course, the students refused.

The same conflict is here -— those serious Jewish people who would be the most likely to agree with you -— are also those who are the lease likely to speak up.
