Also in June 1997, Floyd was charged with, and later indicted for, being a felon in possession of weapons, after a records search in Georgia turned up a 1981 felony conviction for selling marijuana. This isn't common for an Ex-Marine from that era.

Authorities have decided not to charge Floyd in Friday's shooting, ruling he was justified when he fired at Liko Kenney, 24, just moments after watching Kenney shoot and kill Franconia Police Cpl. Bruce McKay.Decided not to charge him? They should be paying him bounty and pinning a medal on him!

MSM - Well, I thought of about 20 things I could have put here but why bother.
They’re a bunch of American hating scumbags prepping the ground for the fall of the US as a world power.
When the islamic terrorists come to saw off their heads they will, of course, blame everybody on the right.

Wonder how much Scott and Lorna are being paid on the side by the anti-gunners for writing this tripe (which only stands to make Mr/Mrs Floyd's life infinitely more miserable).
God knows the "Screwnion Bleeder" tried to make the psycho in colebrook look like some kind of unfortunate who "fell through the cracks"
The Trooper that gave his life to save others up there was a friend, and fellow ultralight pilot.

“Theres no such thing as an ex-Marine.”
BS!
More mature WW II and Korean War Marines routinely and proudly referred to themselves, and other Marines as EX-MARINES!!!!!
Only the internet and its new breed of bigmouths making unfounded claims on this and that of history and traditions have actually changed much of the “salty talk” (naval terminology)characteristic of Marines. There’s more...nuff fer now.
The above is just another myth perpetuated by new age (pc in many ways)marines .
~~~~~~
This article is typical of how Marines are treated by the msm.
Note that the typical buzzwords are there, i.e., “loner,” etc.
Theres no such thing as an ex-Marine.Wrong. The existence of people like Ritter, Murtha, Garwood, Lonetree, Oswald, Carville, Dellums, Kovic, Glenn, Dennehy, the subject of this article, et al proves that.
Scott and Lorna are trying real hard to make Floyd look like a bad guy. Yes, real nebulous on his crimes. Just sounds to me like Floyd is the type of guy who does not bend over to kiss anybody's ass. Big gov. and the JBTs don't like that.
