Thats says it all. The Drive Bys had us believe in 2004 that Bush, the most passionately hated man in America (not to mention the rest of the world), was going to lose in a landslide.

I have been saying this on Freeper for years now and everyone just called me names. France is somewhat more liberal overall than the US but 40-45% of the French would consistently vote Republican. Now if French conservatives could just get over their tendency to put France’s interests over everyone else’s....
