If Rush goes off the air it will have nothing to do with any of his parodies or comments, the only thing that will take him off the air will be the rebirth of “fairness doctrine” if fascist liberals can force it into law.
Rush is about as much of "shock jock" as the Guardian is a conservative "newspaper." (bird cage liner?)

When did Rush Limbaugh start “spinning stax of hot wax” and other “disc jockey” nonsense? Last time I checked, he hosted a political/cultural commentary & talk show.
The British press is really bad and I always wonder why they are taking it upon themselves to insert themselves into our country’s politics. Wasn’t it the Guardian that was having their readers email citizens in Ohio trying to influence the outcome of the 2004 election? I remember reading about one of the papers over there doing that.
And what is happening in this country to free speech? Are we so thin skinned now that nobody can take a joke anymore?

I couldn’t find a place at the Guardian site to leave comments about this article, which leaves me wondering if they intended it to be that way. How convenient that they plant all their lies and innuendo but don’t allow anyone to call them on it or submit corrections.
