Anyone wanna guess what Rooty would do?

Not only would he have signed such bills, he'd give the signing pens to NARAL and top it off with a homosexual pride dance (Cue Techno music)

Did you read where I wrote Jeb Bush SIGNED that law??? He didn’t have to, he could have vetoed it. But you didn’t say anything about that. So, what say you?

I say “you have a strong case of BDS”
Bush Derangement Syndrome.
Jeb did not write the law, as Governor of the State of Florida, he signed it.

If we follow your “sense” of Logic , no one should write anything, No one should put his or her signature on any proposed law. Then we should all flip out over what we “feel”.

I don’t care when your sign up date is.. you are a lurking barking Moonbat Babe, and your mojo ain’t workin’

BZZZZ off

Jeb did not write the law, as Governor of the State of Florida, he signed it.

You're right, he didn't write the law, he SIGNED it! So, that makes Jeb Bush responsible, yes? The one who signs a law into law is the one responsible. HE signed that atrocity into law! HE'S the one responsible, NOT the people who wrote it.

"If we follow your “sense” of Logic , no one should write anything, No one should put his or her signature on any proposed law."

You're right, again - NO ONE should put their signature on any law that is bad. And that part of FL Statute 765 makes it a BAD law.

"I don’t care when your sign up date is.. you are a lurking barking Moonbat Babe, and your mojo ain’t workin’ BZZZZ off"

And,why should I bzzzz off? Because you don't like what I say? I'm definitely NOT a moonbat, I don't have BDS, and, I'm NOT going anywhere. I consider myself a very loyal Freeper and a very strong conservative. I'm behind Bush on everything but the Terri Schindler atrocity and immigration. Yes, I'm very angry about what happened to Terri. I'm angry that others are being killed as she was. Why is THAT wrong? Why is it so wrong that I say so? She was not ill and she was NOT dying! So, WHY remove her feeding tube? In my mind, that is out and out murder. And, I'll always believe that George Bush could have stopped it. Like I said, what would have happened if he would have just gone to see Terri? Also, I don't know what you mean about "mojo". Explain, please?

I think the Dims getting the majority has helped him in some ways.

He realizes he is under attack and he is fighting back.

“I think you said it best.....At times like this...

My question is where has this been for the last 6+ years?

Glad to see it, no doubt but just makes me wonder if someone has finally figured out that you can’t be nice to the idiots, you can’t reason with the idiots, etc.

just frustrated.....opportunities lost, etc.”

While I agree with your sentiment that the President has been a bit slack at times in strongly endorsing the conservative position on issues like this, I still feel you’re being a bit too harsh. When it really matters (with a few exceptions, I know), President Bush has been reliably conservative. Don’t short-shrift the man by forgetting Alito and Roberts or his support for the FMA or his veto of embryonic stem cell research or his successful denfence of the partial birth abortion ban, etc. One of the reasons you haven’t heard so much from him about these things is that there was no reason to make veto threats while the Republicans controlled the Congress because this trash legislation didn’t see the light of day.

Like a liberal, you are acting on emotion and fail to see the bigger picture. As appalling as that poor woman’s murder was, flying off of the handle and screaming bout woulda, coulda, shoulda in’t going to solve anything.
Do you honestly think Jeb Bush was aware of that loophole in the law when he signed it? If you do, where’s the proof? What do you think it would have done to President Bush to become personally involved in the case of one American’s legal dispute when there are 300 Million of us? The President could not do anything more than he did.
If you live in florida, do something about the law.
Hating the Bushes is not going to get you anything except high blood pressure and the undying affection of any moonbat friends that you may have.

I have to agree with you, at least partially. I think that we’re seeing that those why have labelled President Bush as a RINO or ‘not a conservative’ are simply not correct. True, we’re not happy that he isn’t stronger on immigration or that he panders to Islam at times, but overall he’s been (and still is) a good President.

Dear Mr. President,

Man you drive me sooooo crazy sometimes, but things like this remind me that I will never regret voting for you....twice. And I appreciate having a good man in the White House.

That was a horrible situation, and Terri Schindler's memory and the injustice done by her ex-husband will never be forgotten by her family or millions of Americans who followed the grisly proceedings.

Still, President Bush is standing on principle here for future generations, and we ought not deny him his mead of praise. The good Lord bless, strengthen, and guide you, Mr. President.

Well, for the last 6 years he didn't have to worry about being sent any pro-abortion bills to veto, since HE HAD A GOP CONGRESS!

Elections have consequences, as has often been said.
