So my quote was inaccurate?
Perhaps I missed something above it. If so, sorry.
re: prostrate - Guilty. Freudian slip.

Santorum I've been saying the same thing. Young, smart, articulate, energetic, principled. The right kind of guy to groom for leadership, which to me is a great use of the V.P. slot. And if he had to step into the Oval Office on day two (God forbid!) I think he could do so.
To: NittanyLion
Yeah I was thinking Steele or Blackwell as African American VP choices but then if I toss in my larger role VP idea then I would have to exclude them also. I still think Watts could pull it off, unfortunately we already have OK in the bag. Agree on Santorum, he’d be like 04 Edwards, couldn’t bring in his own state.

It seems that the slate of potential VP nominees is surprisingly thin...

LOL. I guess I’m a trouble maker.
(She mader her “inflamatory” response to my purely political reasoning proposition of -— gag -— Rudy as Thompson’s VP.)

Amen to that, but I might take Mitt in a crunch. Just gotta get Fred to general first though.

My choice would be J.C. Watts. He's as imperfectly-perfect as we could ever hope for. IN four years as VP, we'd know, for sure, if he were the right choice for POTUS, and he's young enough to go the distance of sixteen years.
Think about it. A sixteen year lease on 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
:O)

Run, FRED, run, and bring J.C. Watts with ya!

“Now if that Sean Hannity joker would get onboard.......”
So if someone disagrees with you, then they are a “joker”?
I’m betting that Mark wouldn’t like his friend being catagorized as a joker.

I misunderstood you too. You said “Except Fred has cancer. Too risky for me.”
I thought you meant “Fred is too risky for me because he has cancer.”
Clearly you meant “Since Fred has cancer, making Rudy Veep is too risky.”
NOW I understand. ;O)

I would be some weird troll to be part of the FRed ping list and be trashing Fred. :P
This is a good spot for my new graphic.
