IIRC there was a lawn care firm in TX who made the news when they refused to do the lawns of homosexuals.
An employee doesn’t have to ask but could decide on the basis of their perceptions which may or may not be correct.
My question is if I am hiring and I hire someone other than a gay applicant how can they prove that I didn’t hire them because of their sexual orientation?

John Candy from Planes Trains + Automobiles I don't remember that scene, but no need to draw any pictures, I think I can figure it out.
Speaking of John Candy, I just finished Maureen O'Hara's autobiography "'Tis Herself". I was surprised by all the nice things she said about him, praising him as an actor, after playing his mother in "Only the Lonely".

The same way you prove that you didn't hire somebody because of their race or gender - which is to say, you get sued by the EEOC and end up paying a lot of money ("damages") to everyone you didn't hire.

[So, from this point forward 90% of all people working in the fashion industry must be hetro? Or can sue if theyre not hired? Hmmmmmm....]
Hollywood would cease to exist if they imposed a quota for the number of hetro actors that must be employed. I think that would be a good thing.

Here's our work-around for this trash legislation.
MEN: you're all lesbians trapped in male bodies.
WOMEN: you're all male homosexuals trapped in female bodies.

"The Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) was introduced by two homosexual activists Rep. Barney Frank, (D-MA) and Tammy Baldwin, (D-WI)" They won't stop until they have their way, or until Christians fight back with equal vitatlity as a unified majority. The only question is, which will come first, the government of Satan that will bring about our destruction, or the victory of the Christian 'soldiers'? So far I don't really see much of a fight against the evil that is swarming over our nation and eclipsing the Light that once shone on us. Maybe a token resistence can be seen here and there in the political world, but politics alone will not cure what currently ails America.
We appear to be a wandering, rudderless people, without any religious or moral leadership to guide and inspire us. Where are the voices of the priests, the ministers, the pastors, the rabbis? Why aren't they thundering from the pulpit, warning us, guiding us, protecting us, inspiring us to right action? Where are the strong men whose leadership skills, courage and morals were formed by their faith and service to God? Instead we get Oprah, Dr. Phil, and the modern-day equivelent of the ancient philosophers, now called 'psychologists' and 'therapists'. Darwin, Oprah, Narcissus, Freud, science and technology won't save us, only God can. The current tide is moving under the force of darkness and perversion, and how I long to see it turn. May God grant it.

To refer to this bill as a “homosexual quota bill” is misleading. The bill doesn’t require a company to hire a certain number of homosexuals; it simply prevents a company from discriminating against someone based solely on the persons perceived sexual orientation. The current ENDA includes protection for religion. Why are you not outraged that an atheist cant fire an employee for his or her religious beliefs? You cant have it both ways

Good, finally we can get some CURVY hour glass shaped runway models. Not androgynous bean-poles. It does explain why today's models have the body shape of 13 year old boys...

Civil disobedience is needed. Thousands of people refusing to hire homosexuals at once. You know that if this passes homosexuals will dress up and act crazy and then sue if they aren't hired. And if they are hired, they'll act out and everyone will be too terrified to fire them or even say anything.
A country or society which glorifies and protects sexual dysfunction and perversion is a society which is on its last legs.

Why are you not outraged that an atheist cant fire an employee for his or her religious beliefs?...You act as if its not true that Atheism, although its truly not a religion, is protected the same as a religion, Constitutionally. Christians who doubt that the homosexual agenda is a genuine threat to religious liberty need only consider employees in major corporations who are judged to be uncooperative and thus terminated or turned down for promotion, because they will not serve on a committee planning a gay awareness day or post a rainbow flag on their cubicle. Just ask parents ready to take foster children into their homes in California, who are denied the opportunity to care for children in need because they will not bend the knee to the homosexual activists. Or, consider those in other nations already facing criminal sanctions and heavy fines simply for preaching or teaching that homosexuality is sinful. The truth is that the homosexual activists are winning and America and the world is losing. This homosexual revolution is only the tip of the iceburg. If religious liberty means anything, it means the right to teach and practice Biblical morality. Once this is forbidden, religious liberty is reduced to ashes and nothing will be left but the smell of the smoke. Whoever said I wanted both ways.
