The analogy is misleading and dead wrong. Get it?
Yes, I do. I apologize for my mistake. Sorry.

Maybe we should roll our tanks into Mexico and make it a satellite nation like Russia did. Then there would be no need for a wall.
Or maybe just nuke em...or an anthrax attack.

What good does it to do to detect them, if you're not actually doing anything to stop them?
It must be "census" thang. I mean, how else are they to budget for them if they don't really know how many there are. Can't afford for any of them to be shorted. /sarc. Blackbird.

The Berlin Wall kept people in, not out.
Well, technically, we do want to "keep people in", Mexico. Now for the obligatory, Not that there is anything wrong with that. Blackbird.

Well, technically, we do want to "keep people in", Mexico. No, we don't care where the Mexicans go, just as long as they don't enter our country illegally. We are building a wall to keep all illegals out, not just Mexicans.
It should be noted that we have issued over four million new machine-readable biometric Border Crossing Cards (BCCs), form DSP-150, also called "laser visas," to Mexican citizens for the purpose of multiple short trips to the US. They are coming every day to the US in the millions. The difference is that they are doing it legally.

>>How about a virtual amnesty?<<
The Bush administration seems to have that in effect already.
