I wish them luck with that. Secret discussions are no way to promote a candidate. What do you expect them to do? To portray Rudy as a conservative you need to keep a lot of stuff secret.

Rooty-tooties LOL!
This thread will never die! Actually, this thread is sure separating the wheat from the chaff, so far as who is really a Conservative and who isn't.

Katie, you’ve been running around for months with the unsubstantiated claim that only a LIBERAL can beat an unnominated ‘Rat.

The “moderate” or “real world” Republicans point at abortion and gay marriage as “obsessions” of social conservatives, in order to discredit conservatism per se.
Social conservatism is about MORALS, honor, personal responsibility, and the laws that God handed down to Moses. Coincidentally, our Nation was founded so that we are a “nation of laws.” This is the framework in which freedom flourishes.
Social conservatism, the foundation of this nation, is antithetical to libertines and liberals, neither of which has anything to do with Liberty. So, the “real world Republicans” (Peach’s term) are in actuality LIB-ER-ALLS.
It is liberal vs. conservative in this country: take your pick. It is my belief that a majority of Americans prefer to be conservative all the way, but the wishy-washy politicians don’t clearly represent that view. Bring forward a truly conservative leader and you will see a groundswell of response and support all the way to the White House.
Promote a compromise like Giuliani and you will see sad defeat for this Nation and a frustrated Silent Majority.

Okay, I work with some folks at the office who vote Republican and are to the left of Rudy.
Do you really want their names?

Murry Moms account is still open and Mia T was banned? OMG I think I'm going to be sick. I hope it's a short suspension as I adore Mia and applaud her tireless efforts to insure Hillary goes no further than Jr. Senator from NY.

The Republican party is the original big tent party. We need to educate at least half of the population to understand why liberal ideas are wrong, and don't work. We need to educate at least half of the population to understand that personal responsibility, strong national defense, and strong family moral values are the correct way for people to live. It is hard to change minds by screaming, it takes reasoned discussion.
We are not gaining any experience in such discussion on this thread unfortunately.
If we fail in this task to educate our fellow Americans, then the liberals take over and they have the power to instill enough power in the government to make it difficult for us to be able to organize against them in the future because they use their power to buy votes.
