She was head of Hillary's advance team for the 2000 Senate race. She interacted with those working on the gala and reported everything in detail to Hillary. She was present when Peter was screaming his head off about the unbelievable escalating costs of the gals. Kelly knows a great deal. So does Hillary. Kelly, don't commit perjury for her.

Berger? This thread was discussing the Clintons. Berger is a totally different issue and he was prosecuted the problem was not the lack of prosecution but the absurd sentence.
But it is clear Bush never understood he needed to adopt a Total War strategy towards the Democrats including Pre-emptive strikes. But just the fight against the other enemies is exhausting.

Actually, Berger comes into play here. Noel Hillman, chief of the public integrity unit at the Dept of Justice was the one who let Berger off the hook. He is also the same one who charged David Rosen, even though he had evidence of criminal activity by Hillary and Grossman. Hillman’s reward was a judgeship and now a likely nomination to the Alito seat.

The Bush Justice Dept.is Worthless And Gonzales has no gonads . I fear the Bush Admin. is scared to death to expose the Clintoons and their culture of corruption.
Meanwhile we have two Border Guards in jail for doing their job and Scooter Libby is set to got to jail for a crime that wasn’t committed , then there’s Tom Delay and a whole lot more going on as our Justice Dept. sleeps . I have no confidence in this system but I do wish you all the luck in the world DFU and the chips may fall where they will .
