Libs love to put up Fred Phelps as some kind of role model of the conservative Christian Americana that wants to impose theocracy. Phelps is not any kind of mainstream figure - from what I’ve seen he’s been totally repudiated by many churches.

Now THAT'S funny!! ;) Wow! To be fair, I'd probably like to stick Phelps on anyone who attempts to pass a law abdicating the punishment of those who "incite hatred." If nothing else, it would keep him after them and ideally away from the funerals of American servicemen and women.

That said, the guy is a raving lunatic, and the Swedes look quite fetching, actually.
